THE BIG CANVAS (Welcome to a “Resourceful” term)
It is our great pleasure to welcome our parents, students and staff into a new term and of course a new year, year 2022. To our new students and parents we wish to congratulate each of you, first on having secured a place in our academy and second, for having the good sense to choose to study in Alpha Choice Innovative Academy. Alpha Choice Innovative Academy puts the student at the centre of everything it does, your experience here at ACIA, and your success is important to each and every member of staff who works here.
To our existing parents and students we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you back after a short yet interesting break. Education can be likened to a great big canvas and this term we would like our students to throw as much paint as they can on the canvas of their education. We appeal to the students, the parents and their teachers to value and uphold the importance of intrinsic motivation.
This term we have no doubt that our students would throw themselves into their education, they will make the most of the canvas of opportunity that they are offered and they will paint the goals that they aspire to. We have no doubt that if they remain motivated in the classroom, they will achieve their goals. Their education is sound, creative and innovative and ACIA, together with the parents and the students themselves, will help to make this a reality.
It is an appeal that we make to our young charges today, make the most of the fantastic educational opportunities that you have. Be “resourceful“, throw as much paint as you can on the canvas of your education this term. If you can do that, then one day, you will be in a position to respond to the pleas of others who may need your help.
